305 and 307 W Spring Street offers two luxury 1 bedroom ground floor apartments situated in Plymouth's historic Old Village in a quiet neighborhood and 5-10 minutes walking distance to downtown Plymouth. 

These apartments were essentially brand new in 2015 featuring open floor plans, beautiful hardwood floors, tiled bathrooms, walk-in closets, central air, washer/dryer, new kitchens with stainless steel kitchen appliances including dishwasher and microwave.   They have been maintained and treated well by previous tenants and continue to be in tip top shape today.

Our 1 bedroom apartments are perfect for single professionals or retirees.  Professionals, we can even provide you with additional space with dedicated access for your home office if needed. 

Retirees, this location puts you within an easy 5-minute walk to Plymouth's Cultural Center where many senior programs take place.  You are also within 10 minutes of Plymouth's full featured Library.  Plymouth's Old Village  has numerous restaurants and many eclectic shops to browse and downtown Plymouth has many more.  What a great place to live!

Our rental rates are based on 1 year lease and two month's rent is required at move-in.  Ability to pay must be proven before we will rent to you. 

Water is paid. Tenant's pay for their own gas and electric.  Broadcast TV (OTA-HD) is provided at no cost; Cable TV, internet, and phone service are available from multiple vendors (at your expense) per your own individual requirements.   

Free off-street parking for 1-2 cars will be provided in the terms of the lease.  Additional overnight parking can be secured by permit through the City of Plymouth.

Our apartments are NON-SMOKING residences.  If you need to smoke inside your apartment, please look elsewhere.
